“ The owners were very thoughtful, kind and accommodating to me and my partner. We came to visit this restaurant for a first time around and 12p. The head chef was walking through the restaurant and told us that he was grilling the jerk chicken on a barbecue out back. "Lots of restaurants will sell you their jerk chicken but will actually prepare it in the oven instead of over a fire grill--the way jerk chicken is supposed to be made," he said. "We make all our jerk chicken fresh and over the wood fired grill we have going out back." ”
